Burn is today’s daily prompt, and I swear the above line is stuck in my mind like a song, but what song, I have no idea D:
Anywho, matching this prompt today, my laptop was burning up like fire!! IT WAS RAGING WITH HEAT! It’s been overheating for a while now, and today was the last straw, where it was shutting itself down spontaneously to help itself.
So, instead I spent the majority of the day only getting glimpses of the Internet from my cellular device. Which, in some ways was actually quite nice, but also boring and empty without the blogging life. 
I did manage to read and finish a book within a couple of hours though, so that is snazzy!! I’ll be working up a review for that now, as I’m on the computer downstairs, with its slightly wonky keyboard that I’m still trying to get used to again XD
I also managed to update a long chapter to my fanfic, which I’ll be talking more about in the book review. 🙂
Any who, that’s all for now! Time for me to journal and try and work up on another post for today. Hope you guys are having a snazzy Saturday 😀

I am making an assumption that you are working from either a notebook or laptop..if so, you can create a super duper cheapo cooling device for it with a handy dandy kitchen aid..get a cooling rack (ya know for cookies, cakes etc) one of those wire racks with little tiny feet on it? yea that thing. Put the laptop on it and the air circulates enough that your puter doesn’t have a heat stroke.

Heheh, my Mom helped clear up some of the tracking cookies and stuff that wasn’t necessary to be running so that’s helped a HUGE amount. I’ll still be looking around for that cookie coller, and mention it to my mom, as she’ll likely have a better idea of where it is!
